General

We offer several levels of training for the EULANDA® ERP. The basic course covers all areas of user relevant operation and handling. Duration of this course: 2 days. More specialized training sessions for Administrators and Power users are available as well and can be held at any time, provided the required minimum of attendance is given. All course, unless otherwise stated, are held in the vicinity of our offices.

Training center

Maximum number of attendances is 8; every  participant works on her / his own workstation, which are provided. The training is based on daily jobs and cover all routine work. The training includes theoretical as well as practical parts, as to better understand to before learned and discussed features of the software.

Available training dates

All training courses are for professionals only. Prices stated in EURO excl. VAT. For clients with Software-Subscription see the corresponding column. Prices include training materials, beverages, snacks and lunch. Classes are held in the vicinity of our offices - see map for details. For dates and courses look here.

Company trainings

Such training is available. Please contact our sales office for further details, regarding travel expenses, lodging, hardware needed etc. The maximum number of trainees should not exceed 8 persons. Necessary adjustments of the training classes to cover your company's specific needs will be calculated individually and separately. If available, we will use professionals from your country, as to minimize traveling expenses. Individual "on the job" training can be done, provided we have a professional in your area. Remote Training and Support

Aside the more conventional training method, we use Remote Training as well as Remote Support. Via the Internet, the customer's display is transmitted to the trainer's desktop as is the pointing device and keyboard. Both parties are seeing the same screens. Input can be done on either side, allowing to show and been shown examples and other points of interest. 

Using up-to-date technology, the software needed will not require any kind of installation. The small tool can be downloaded from our website.

Verbal communication is done via phone.

No need to point out the advantage of this procedure - no travel expenses and very, very individual training are among them.

Hourly costs of either Remote Training and / or Support are € 85,- excl. VAT. Minimum charge per session is € 10,- excl. VAT. International customers will have to provide valid credit card information. Prices include the software use. Customers with Update Subscription receive 10 % discount.
